Recruitment drive encourages gender balance; key deadlines announced
New Delhi, June 3, 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially announced the commencement of its recruitment process under Advertisement No. Phase-XIII/2025/Selection Posts. The notification invites online applications from eligible candidates across the country for various posts under the Government of India.
According to the announcement issued by the SSC an agency functioning under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training applications can be submitted from June 2 to June 23, 2025. The online application window will close at 11:00 PM on June 23, while the deadline for online fee payment is June 24, 2025, up to 11:00 PM.
A correction window will be available from June 28 to June 30, 2025, offering candidates a final opportunity to rectify errors in their application forms. The Computer-Based Examination is tentatively scheduled to take place between July 24 and August 4, 2025.
The application fee is ₹100, but it is waived for women candidates and those belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), and eligible Ex-Servicemen (ESM).
Candidates are urged to carefully read the recruitment notice to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria, including age limits, educational qualifications, and relevant experience. The number of vacancies remains tentative, and the Commission reserves the right to revise, cancel, or merge them as necessary.
