Agartala, 3 June 2025: The Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC) has officially released the merit list for the recruitment of Project Technical Officer under its Multi-disciplinary Research Unit. The merit list, dated May 2025, includes a total of 52 candidates who appeared for the selection process for two vacant posts one unreserved (UR) and one reserved for Scheduled Tribes (ST).
The selection was based on the total marks obtained during the recruitment process. Among the top scorers, Tanni Das secured the highest score overall with 28 marks, closely followed by Pritam Deb (22 marks), Md Akash Miah (21 marks), and Ashis Paul (21 marks).
In the ST category, Hiran Murasing emerged as the top scorer with 17 marks, followed by Khumpiri Debbarma (20 marks), Sweety Mog (19 marks), and Nippan Tripura (18 marks).
The top candidates in each category are likely to be called for further verification and appointment under the Multi-disciplinary Research Unit at AGMC. This recruitment aims to enhance technical manpower in the field of medical research, supporting ongoing and future research projects at the institute.
