Tripura, 13 June: A 14-year-old minor girl was allegedly gang-raped by three men while she was returning home from school. The incident took place under the jurisdiction of the Killa police station in Udaipur.
According to the victim’s complaint, the accused picked her up on a motorcycle and took her to an isolated location where they assaulted her. Based on her complaint, the police have arrested two of the three accused, while the third remains on the run.
It has been reported that the minor is currently undergoing medical treatment at the Gomati District Hospital. Furthermore, sources indicate that the victim informed the police that the accused had threatened to kill her after the assault.
Police sources said the arrested individuals will be produced before the court tomorrow. Meanwhile, the Killa police are actively searching for the absconding third accused
