Agartala, March 23: Tripura Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu on Monday graced the state-level programme marking the commencement of the special phase celebrating 150 years of the national song Vande Mataram. The event was held at the Nazrul Kalakshetra in the afternoon, drawing participation from officials, students, and cultural groups.
The programme formed part of a broader nationwide initiative to commemorate the historic and cultural significance of “Vande Mataram,” which has played a vital role in India’s freedom movement and continues to inspire patriotic sentiment across generations.
