New Delhi, March 20, 2025: India’s Foreign Secretary, Vikram Misri, delivered a compelling address at the Raisina DPI Conclave, emphasizing India’s commitment to fostering a trusted, secure, and inclusive Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI). He highlighted the transformative impact of DPI in driving global cooperation, accelerating financial inclusion, and propelling socio-economic progress. Following his address, Antigua’s Foreign Minister, Chet Greene, acknowledged India’s significant contributions to Digital Public Infrastructure.
He praised India’s collaborative efforts as a model of South-South cooperation, strengthening the capacities of nations in the Global South. The 10th edition of the Raisina Dialogue, held in New Delhi, saw participation from representatives of approximately 125 countries, including ministers, former heads of state and government, military commanders, industry leaders, technology experts, academics, journalists, and strategic affairs scholars.
Recognized as India’s premier conference on geopolitics and geo-economics, the Raisina Dialogue continues to tackle global challenges. The theme for the 2025 edition, ‘Kālachakra – People, Peace, and Planet,’ reflects a holistic vision for international development and cooperation. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the dialogue on March 17, with New Zealand’s Prime Minister Christopher Luxon attending as the chief guest and delivering the keynote address.
