Agartala: Jan 10. Tripura Santiniketan Medical College & Hospital (TSMCH) will organise TSMCH MED EXPO 2.0 from January 23 to 26 at its campus, marking one of the largest integrated healthcare and education expos in North East India. The event will be held alongside the Santiniketan Mela.
The expo aims to bring healthcare, education, industry, entrepreneurship, and social innovation onto a single platform for the first time in the region.
Key Highlights of MED EXPO 2.0 include: Showcasing of advanced medical equipment and cutting-edge healthcare technologies; Health awareness camps with expert doctor consultations for the general public; Education and future career guidance for students and young aspirants; Platforms for industries, MSMEs, startups and entrepreneurs to present innovation and opportunities; Active participation of digital media professionals and social influencers working for social awareness;
Cultural programmes and community engagement activities through Santiniketan Mela.
According to the organisers, the primary objective of the expo is to promote awareness about health and education, strengthen collaboration between society and industry, and project North East India as a growing centre of healthcare, education and innovation.
Organisers stated that TSMCH MED EXPO 2.0 is envisioned as a brand-driven initiative focused on social responsibility, institutional growth, and inclusive development rather than a standalone event.
