On the evening of December 21, the state-level Tring Festival will take place throughout the night at Pagla Bari ADC Village in Khowai’s Padmabil Block. The event will witness the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including the Governor of the state, Indra Sena Reddy Nallu, Royal scion Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma, Minister Ratan Lal Nath, Minister Animesh Debbarma, and several other state cabinet ministers and legislators.
On Thursday afternoon, MLA of Ramchandra Ghat and Chairman of the Tring Celebration Committee, Ranjit Debbarma, announced this during a press conference held by the Ramchandra Ghat Tring Celebration Committee at Pagla Bari.
The festival will commence with traditional tribal dances like Mamita and Lebang. The event will also see the participation of all members of the Movement for Kokborok Hukumu Mission. To entertain the audience, popular singer Jeli Kayi Tamin from Arunachal Pradesh, along with local artists, will perform at the festival.
