Agartala 12-02-23: The Tripura Legislative Assembly Election 2023 is one of the decisive election in the history of the state as common people have seen the reign of CPM and Congress where no developmental works took place rather all the developmental works took place during the last five years when the reign of BJP took place in the state. The Union Home Minister Amit Shah said the same during the Vijay Sankalp Jansabha at Chandipur on Sunday. He added that Congress-CPM alliance meant that they accepted defeat in their mind. He added that Congress, CPM and Tipra Motha is nothing but “Triple Trouble” hence common people must vote for BJP.
The Election will take place after few days and it is the ruling party which is head and shoulder above the opposition parties when it comes to campaigning. The Union Home Minister Amit Shah visited the state on Sunday and took part in the Vijay Sankalp Jansabha in two different places viz Chandipur Dologaon playground and Bishramganj School ground, Sepahijala after which he also took part in the Road Show from Jogendra nagar Railway station to City Centre.
Amit Shah further said that It is under Biplab Kumar Deb and the Chief Minister Professor Dr Manik Saha that huge development has taken place in the state. BJP has always made sure various developmental works are done for the tribal people but CPM has done nothing for them. Amit Shah said that CPM did nothing for the Tea garden workers but BJP has made sure that health insurance upto Rs 5 lakhs, Gas Cylinder line, refined drinking water, free rice and various other facilities.
Amit Shah added that there are large number of Congress supporters and workers who were killed in the reign of CPM and it’s a matter of shame that the same Congress went into an alliance with CPM while Tipra Motha is nothing but a facade where CPM is playing safe. He also said that development can only take place if Chief Minister Professor Dr Manik Saha wins in the upcoming Election. There are various peaceful works like Reang Refugee settlement and others have taken and now BJP will make sure that prosperity takes place in the state in the next five years. He added that it is the HIRA model viz Highway, Internet, Railway and Airways services through which all the prosperity will take place in the state. He also said that there was a time during the reign of CPM when any sort of work was done after consulting with the Cadre but now the Cadre age has changed and urged common people to not bring them back.
He also said that there are various other plans which have been made and now people will get some added services in the next five years.
While addressing the Vijay Sankalp Jansabha at Charilam he said that a vote from a common person will make sure who becomes a Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister and urged that people must vote for BJP for the sake of development. He also took a dig at the Congress-CPM alliance and said that common people have seen a lot of Corruption and violence in their reign and also saw development in the last 5 years hence he said that common people must vote for BJP so that the same continues again in the next 5 years.
The Chief Minister Professor Dr Manik Saha was also present in both the programmes and he took a dig at CPM and Congress and said that it is sad to see that flags of CPM comes out from Congress party office and the vice versa. He was amused about the fact that large number of Congress workers were killed and now CPM needs to visit the houses of these workers for vote.
He also added that Tipra Motha is up for “divide and rule” but it is only BJP which believes in “Unity in diversity” and wants Tribals and Non- Tribals to stay together with peace while 5 tribal people were felicitated with Padmashree. A web portal named “Amar Sarkar” was also started by BJP so that the problems to common people are solved with ease and urged common people to vote for BJP so that this trend of development continues to take place in the state.
