Tripura, 1 Jan 2026: A serious allegation has surfaced against the police after a bike rider was allegedly beaten and left bleeding by police personnel.
The allegation was raised by Tapas Saha of Phulkumari, Udaipur.
Who claimed due to a medical emergency and his wife is pregnant causing him to drive a bike at around 50-60 KM/ph amid foggy wheather, he was beaten by police resulting in head injury.
According to the complaint, Sub-Inspector Biplab Das of Udaipur R.K. Pur Police Station is accused of assaulting the bike rider, resulting in severe injuries.
