Muzaffarabad, June 11: A Pakistan Army Aviation Mi-17 helicopter crashed near Muzaffarabad in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) during take-off on Thursday, reportedly due to a technical fault.
According to Pakistani media reports citing the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), all personnel on board were killed in the crash. The military’s media wing confirmed that there were no survivors.
The helicopter reportedly went down shortly after take-off. Rescue teams and security personnel rushed to the crash site, while authorities launched an investigation into the incident.
