Dharmanagar: Mar 04. North Tripura District Magistrate & Collector Chandni Chandran and the Dasda Aspirational Block Fellow participated in the ‘Frontier 50’ workshop organised by NITI Aayog on February 27, 2026, at Vigyan Bhavan.
Significantly, Dasda Block has been selected among 500 Aspirational Blocks across the country to be part of the prestigious ‘Frontier 50’ initiative. The selection marks a major achievement and a matter of pride for the district, paving the way for pilot projects focused on applying modern technologies—especially Artificial Intelligence (AI) in key areas of public service delivery.
During a panel discussion, the District Magistrate highlighted the potential of frontier technologies in the education sector, particularly the use of AI to bridge existing service gaps and improve governance outcomes.
The ‘Frontier 50’ initiative aims to accelerate innovation-driven development in selected blocks by integrating advanced technologies into governance systems.
