Tripura, 24th August 2025: Swarnakamal Jewellers, in association with Kisna Diamond & Gold Jewellery, successfully organized the second edition of The Golden Run City Marathon 2025. The event, which has become one of the most anticipated fitness and community gatherings in just two years, witnessed enthusiastic participation from across Tripura, Assam, and even parts of West Bengal.
The marathon was flagged off by Mr. Tinku Roy, Hon’ble Minister of Sports & Youth Affairs, from Umakanta Academy School Ground and concluded at Elbart Ekka War Memorial Park, Agartala. The run featured three competitive categories Male, Female, and Senior Citizen with participants displaying immense energy, sportsmanship, and determination.

All winners were felicitated with prize money, mementos, and medals, presented by the Founder of Swarnakamal Jewellers. The race was professionally timed and supervised by the Tripura Athletics Association.
Commitment Towards Sustainability
In addition to promoting fitness and healthy living, this year’s marathon carried a strong message of environmental responsibility. Swarnakamal Jewellers announced their pledge to plant 1,500–2,000 trees within the coming year, reinforcing their commitment to sustainability and a greener future for Tripura.
