Agartala, Aug 13, 2025:A five-member delegation from ASEZ (Save the Earth from A to Z), an international volunteer group based in South Korea, visited Kendriya Vidyalaya Kunjaban on Wednesday to promote environmental awareness and community service among students.
The team, affiliated with the Church of God University, works on global initiatives such as building a plastic-free world, reducing crime, and fostering humanity. During their visit, they joined students in cleaning the school premises and discussed the harmful effects of plastic on the environment and human health.
“This group is spreading the message on how to protect our planet and work together for humanity. We are fortunate that they chose our school for this program. Our students have benefited greatly from the interaction,” said Manoj Kumar, principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya Kunjaban.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, ASEZ volunteer Hujin Huang said, “ASEZ stands for ‘Save the Earth from A to Z’ from beginning to end. Today, we came here to run a zero-plastic campaign with students to raise awareness about the problems plastic causes for both the environment and our bodies. We hope this activity will inspire future generations to protect our planet.”
The ASEZ team expressed gratitude to the school for hosting them and reaffirmed their commitment to carrying out social initiatives worldwide.
