State-Level Buisu Festival in Kanchanpur on April 13
Tripura 24 March, 2025: The state-level Buisu Festival will be held on April 13 at the Ratanmani Ashram School grounds in Urichhara, Kanchanpur sub-division, under the initiative of the Bru Socio-Cultural Organisation. To ensure the smooth and peaceful celebration of the festival, a preparatory meeting was recently conducted at the office of the Kanchanpur Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM).
The meeting was presided over by Kanchanpur SDM Dr. Deepak Kumar, who urged various departments, including PWD, Rural Development, Drinking Water and Sanitation, and Block Administration, to extend their cooperation for the success of the upcoming festival.
The meeting was attended by Dasda Block BDO Awmpuia Darlong, BDO of Laljuri Block Sourav Al Aman, President of the Bru Socio-Cultural Organisation Manik Reang, members of the organization, and officials from various sub-divisional departments.
