Tripura 5 March, 2025: Advanced Root Knowledge Information Pvt. Ltd. (ARKIPL), a company engaged in electrical department projects, is facing serious allegations of withholding salaries. The company, headquartered in Joynagar, has reportedly failed to pay wages to its workers despite completing assigned tasks.
Today, over 500 workers from various parts of the state staged a massive protest in front of the company’s office, demanding their overdue salaries. The aggrieved workers have issued an ultimatum, stating that if their dues are not cleared within a week, they will escalate their agitation into a larger movement. Meanwhile, tensions escalated further when journalists arrived to cover the protest.

A woman from inside the ARKIPL office allegedly attempted to snatch their cameras and was seen intimidating the protesting workers. Her identity remains unknown, as she quickly retreated inside the office premises.
Addressing the controversy, ARKIPL’s Managing Director, Debanuj Biswas, claimed that the company is unable to pay salaries because the electricity department has not released their dues. However, the issue remains unresolved, raising concerns about the credibility of the company and its impact on the power department led by Minister Ratan Lal Nath.
With mounting pressure from unpaid workers and allegations of journalist intimidation, the situation surrounding ARKIPL continues to unfold, awaiting further developments.
