39 Lakh Person-Days Generated Under MGNREGA in Khowai District
Tripura 4 March, 2025: Under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), a total of 39,68,498 person-days have been generated in Khowai district till February 28 of the current financial year. An expenditure of ₹87.93 crore has been incurred for this.
The breakdown of person-days generated in different blocks of the district is as follows: • Khowai Block: 5,45,758 • Tulashikhar Block: 7,92,848 • Padmabil Block: 5,53,973 • Kalyanpur Block: 5,61,501 • Teliamura Block: 8,769 • Mungiakami Block: 7,13,649
