Agartala, March 2, 2025: The Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) was held peacefully yesterday. The subjects for yesterday’s exams included Chemistry/Political Science for Higher Secondary, Political Science for Madrasa Fazil (Arts), and Islamic Studies for Madrasa Fazil (Theology).
The exams were conducted across 60 Higher Secondary examination centers in the state. A total of 19,947 students appeared for the exam, including 9,063 male students and 10,884 female students. However, 81 male and 93 female students were absent. The overall attendance rate was 99.14%.
According to TBSE, the Board’s Secretary, Dr. Dulal Dey, along with OSDs (Officers on Special Duty) Deeptangshu Prakash Dutta and Abhijit Bhattacharjee, inspected examination centers at Bardowali Higher Secondary School and Shankaracharya Vidyatan.
Meanwhile, OSDs Pallab Kanti Saha and Jyotirmoy Roy visited Banividyapith Higher Secondary Girls’ School, Bijay Kumar Higher Secondary Girls’ School, and Bodhjung Higher Secondary Girls’ School. The next examination, scheduled for March 3, will cover Business Studies/Education/Physics for Higher Secondary students, Education for Madrasa Fazil (Arts), and Islamic History for Madrasa Fazil (Theology).
