SHABD, Mampra, February 20: The funeral of CITU worker Jithin Shaji, who was murdered in Ranni, Pathanamthitta, was held at his residence. Two days ago, Jithin was fatally stabbed during a CPI(M)-BJP clash at Madathumuzhi, Perunadu, late at night. CPI(M) district secretary Raju Abraham alleged that the BJP-RSS was behind the murder.
However, BJP district president VM Suraj countered the claim, stating that BJP-RSS workers had no involvement and instead accused DYFI members of being responsible for the killing. The police, led by Ranni DySP, have set up camp at the site to maintain law and order. Story Line:
