Tripura 22 Dec, 2024: Former Chief Minister of Tripura and current Lok Sabha MP from West Tripura, Biplab Kumar Deb, announced a donation of ₹1 crore for the development of Golaghati and Takarjala constituencies. The announcement was made during the Tring Festival organized in East Ratanpur ADC Village on Saturday night.
While addressing the gathering, MP Biplab Deb criticized the foreign policies of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), stating that such ideologies cannot be accepted. He emphasized the need for development and expressed his commitment to the progress of the region.
MP Biplab Deb also extended his gratitude to the people for ensuring his massive victory in the Lok Sabha elections. He thanked MLA Manab Debbarma, MLA Biswajit Koloi, and the workers of Tipra Motha for their support and contributions.
