Agartala, April 4,2024: After last week, two ganja smugglers were arrested again this morning by Agartala GRP police station and RPF, TSR on an extraordinary charge.
A total of 22 kg dry ganja at the rate of 2 pits was recovered from them. According to the police, the two smugglers were identified as Kundan Roy (27) and Mafiz Mia (25). Kundan Roy’s home in Purushtampur in Bihar and Mafiz Mia’s home in Sonamura area.
According to the complaint, the two smugglers were trying to take the train to another state after shooting at it. Regarding the security of this incident, they will be sent to His Excellency’s court tomorrow for police remand.
Agartala Police is investigating the ganja smugglers and investigating the case for detailed information.
