Agartala 24-04-23: A devastating fire broke out in the Ujan Abhaynagar Ag Quarter area of the capital on Sunday evening, causing severe damage to three houses. The incident occurred at around 7:30 pm when local residents noticed a sudden fire in the house of Haradhan Majumdar. Despite efforts by the locals to control the fire, it quickly spread and engulfed the neighboring houses.
Four fire engines were immediately dispatched to the scene, and it took them around two hours to bring the fire under control.
