Agartala, August 25, 2025: Bhavan’s Tripura Vidyamandir, Narsingarh, Agartala, held a vibrant Prize Distribution Ceremony on Monday at the Kulapati KM Munshi Hall to felicitate its youngest achievers.
The programme began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, floral tribute, and a warm welcome to the guests. Special Guest Mr. Manaranjan Das, Agriculture Officer (Retd.), TAFS, Gr-1, Department of Agriculture, Government of Tripura, and eminent social activist, along with Special Invitee Dr. Anwesha Bhattacharjee, Medical Officer and Dental Surgeon at Narsingarh PHC, graced the occasion.
In her welcome address, Principal Smt. Swapna Shome highlighted the institution’s commitment to nurturing young minds and fostering holistic growth from the earliest stages of learning.
The highlight of the ceremony was the felicitation of achievers, where meritorious students from Nursery to Class II were honoured for their outstanding academic performance during the 2024–25 session. Awards were also presented for excellence in co-curricular activities and 100% attendance.
Presiding over the event, Mr. Debashis Chakraborty, Retired IFS and Chairman of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Agartala Kendra, underscored the importance of building strong educational foundations during the formative years and lauded the school’s efforts in shaping young learners with care and dedication.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from parents, teachers, and students. Beaming with pride, the little achievers reflected the results of their hard work, encouragement from teachers, and unwavering parental support.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Headmistress Mrs. Pompi Majumdar, marking the end of a day filled with joy, motivation, and memorable moments for the Bhavanite family.
