Agartala, 11 July, 2025: Tripura is a land rich in talent, resilience, and cultural heritage. The youth of the state have the potential to play a significant role in shaping a developed India, said Governor Indrasena Reddy Nallu. He was speaking at the inaugural ceremony of “Tejas 12.0,” the annual cultural festival of Holy Cross College, held this evening at Lembucharra. Encouraging students to actively engage in social and cultural activities alongside academics, the Governor emphasized that such participation helps nurture their talents and boosts their self-confidence.
He extended his congratulations to the principal and faculty members of the college for organizing such a vibrant event. Governor Nallu also presented awards to students who excelled in various sports competitions held at the college. The event began with a welcome address by Dr. Fr. Benny K. John, Principal of Holy Cross College. Dr. Sudipta Sinha, the program coordinator, offered a vote of thanks. The evening also featured impressive cultural performances by students.
