Agartala, Dec 1: Nagaland Foundation Day was observed today at Lok Bhavan through a special programme. Governor Indrasena Reddy Nallu inaugurated the event. He said that if opportunities for cultural exchange between Tripura and Nagaland are strengthened, people of both states will be able to come closer, resulting in an even stronger bond between their communities. On this occasion, he extended warm greetings and congratulations to the people of Nagaland.

During the programme, speakers included R. O. Tukhamsa, C. Tek, Bendanglhamnala and Nilokyuza, who highlighted the rich history and cultural heritage of Nagaland. Students from Nagaland studying in Tripura and employees from various institutions belonging to the Naga community were present at the event.
