Agartala, 23 Sep 2025: Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha today announced an additional 3% Dearness Allowance (DA) for state government employees and pensioners, effective from October.
Making the announcement in the State Assembly, the Chief Minister informed that the decision will result in an additional expenditure of ₹125 crore for the state government in this financial year.
Dr. Saha also extended his greetings to Assembly members and staff for conducting the session in a smooth and disciplined manner. He expressed confidence that the discussions held in the House will guide Tripura’s development in the days ahead.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister conveyed his warm wishes to the people of the state for the upcoming Durga Puja and Diwali festivals, praying for happiness and prosperity for all.
