Tripura, 12 Sep 2025: The 33rd State-Level Hojagiri Festival will be held on October 8–9 at Bokafa Ashram English Medium Higher Secondary School under Santirbazar Subdivision.
In this connection, a preparatory meeting was held today at the office of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Santirbazar. The meeting was attended by MLA Pramod Reang, MDC Bhumikananda Reang, Chairperson of Santirbazar Municipal Council Swapna Vaidya, Chairman of Bokafa Panchayat Samiti Krishna Reang, District Magistrate of South Tripura Md. Sajjad P, SDM of Santirbazar Manoj Kumar Saha, State President of Blue Socio-Cultural Organization Shanti Rai Reang, along with officials from various government departments.
Artists from within and outside the state will perform Hojagiri and other dance forms during the festival. To mark the occasion, 25 state government departments will set up exhibition stalls showcasing development-related information.
