Tripura, 7 Sep 2025: To ensure the smooth execution of the upcoming voter list revision process, a day-long workshop was organized Yesterday at Pragya Bhavan by the Election Department with the participation of officials from all levels. The workshop was inaugurated by the State Chief Electoral Officer, Brijesh Pandey.
In his address, Pandey stated that the main objective of the workshop is to publish an error-free voter list and to make officials aware of the related legal provisions. He further emphasized that the Election Commission regularly organizes such workshops to enhance efficiency.
He also mentioned that after receiving training in these workshops, officials will play a vital role in effectively completing the voter list revision work in their respective districts and subdivisions.
Additional Chief Electoral Officer U. J. Mog and other officials were also present at the event.
