Tripura, 30 April 2025: In a heartwarming turn of events, Romeo Rangkhawl, a student of Kamalachhara High School, has successfully passed the Madhyamik (Class 10) Examination conducted by the Tripura Board of Secondary Education this year despite writing his exams with his feet due to a disability. The results were announced today, and Romeo, accompanied by his father, went to his school to check the outcome.
Upon seeing his success, immense joy was visible on his face. His classmates, teachers, and members of the local community have all come forward to congratulate him on this remarkable achievement. Romeo’s father, Hariram Rangkhawl, expressed immense happiness at his son’s success. He also appealed for government support to further assist Romeo in his educational journey, emphasizing that such help would make it easier for Romeo to continue studying and move ahead in life.
Anjana Chakma, the Headmistress of Kamalachhara High School, praised Romeo’s dedication, saying he had worked very hard to continue his education. She mentioned that the school had extended all possible support, and expressed hope that Romeo will find continued success as he moves on to a new school.
