Tripura, 11 April 2025: On the occasion of Garia, Boisu festivals, Biju and the Bengali New Year, Tripura Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha extended his heartfelt greetings to the people of the state. In his message, the Chief Minister said, “These traditional festivals are vital expressions of our rich cultural heritage.
Through their celebration, we uphold our customs, religious beliefs, and vibrant traditions that strengthen the spirit of unity and harmony among us.” He further added, “Welcoming the new while cherishing the old is a timeless practice. People from all communities come together during these festivities to pray for peace, prosperity, and well-being.
In these collective prayers, the true essence of unity and solidarity is reflected.” Wishing the people of the state happiness and progress in the Bengali New Year 1432, the Chief Minister expressed hope that the new year brings health, prosperity, and success to all.
