New Delhi 14 November, 2024: The 43rd India International Trade Fair commenced today at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi’s Pragati Maidan with a grand opening ceremony. As in previous years, Tripura is participating in this renowned fair, which will run from November 14 to November 27.
The state’s Industries and Commerce Minister, Santana Chakma, inaugurated the Tripura Pavilion, joined by Tripura Tea Development Corporation Chairman Sameer Ranjan Ghosh and senior officials from various state departments.
The Tripura Pavilion showcases a range of products and exhibitions from various state departments and autonomous agencies, including the Tourism Department, Handloom and Handicrafts Department, Non-Timber Forest Products Center of Excellence, Tripura Tea Development Corporation Limited, TRLM, TULM, TFDPC, and the Rubber Board.
The first five days of the fair are designated as “Business Days,” during which national-level investors are expected to show keen interest in the Tripura Pavilion. The pavilion aims to attract more investors to Tripura by offering them valuable information and guidance on investment opportunities within the state.
