Karamchhra, October 22, 2024: Tipra Motha’s MLA Paul Dangshu visited Tiyari Kolok (Lambabil) on Tuesday, where he interacted with villagers to better understand their most pressing issues. The visit was part of his ongoing efforts to stay connected with the grassroots and address local concerns directly.
During the meeting, residents voiced their urgent need for improved infrastructure, citing a lack of proper drainage systems, the absence of protective walls to guard against erosion, and the poor state of roads, which has hampered connectivity in the area for years. These issues, they said, were affecting both their daily lives and economic prospects.
In response, MLA Dangshu encouraged the villagers to submit formal requests through the Village Committee (VC), assuring them that he would personally follow up on the matter with the Block Development Officer (BDO). He emphasized the importance of addressing the critical issues, such as road development and drainage systems, and committed to advocating for their swift resolution.
MLA Dangshu’s visit has sparked hopes among the villagers for much-needed development and improvements in their area.
