Bishalgarh, June 24: In a significant stride towards enhancing rural livelihoods, the Biovillage Project in Bishalgarh block has extended vital support to local families in animal husbandry this financial year. According to the Sub-Divisional Animal Resource Development Office, 127 families across two biovillage projects have reaped the benefits of this initiative.
These families have received comprehensive assistance in rearing ducks, chickens, pigs, and goats. The support encompasses provision of high-quality livestock, veterinary care, and training in modern rearing techniques. This initiative aims to not only boost household incomes but also promote sustainable agricultural practices in the region.
