Aguli News 12-01-2023: The Jan Viswas Yatra came to an end on Thursday as the All India President and the Chief Guest J P Nadda landed in the state on this day. There were different programmes which included rallies in various places and the first major programme took place at Umakanta Stadium.
The Chief Minister Professor Dr Manik Saha, Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varman, Central Minister Pratima Bhowmik and few others welcomed and received him in the Maharaja Bir Bikram Airport on this day. Thereafter he moved to Hotel Polo Tower and from there he went to Kaman Chowmuhani for a road show and later moved to Uma Kanta Stadium where he paid tribute to Swami Vivekananda on National Youth Day. Thereafter he was felicitated by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha and other Ministers.
J P Nadda said that when you visit Tripura then it is a must to bow down the Head infront of Maa Tripura Sundari and hence he did the same at the beginning of the speech and was happy to see the huge crowd. He also talked about the ideologies of Swami Vivekananda and said that it can be proudly said that it is under Prime Minister Narendra Modi that the youths of the Country have become Self reliant. 387 medical colleges earlier but now in the last 7 years the number has risen to more than 700.
The number of IIT has moved from 16 to 23, IIMs are 20 and the number of Universities have also increased to 1050 from 723 in the Country.
There are 1.5 crore labour who have moved to upskilled labour from skilled labour. The Socio Economic situation of the Country became better with time. There is optical fibre not only in the city but also in the villages now. In the year 2014 a total of 92% mobiles were imported but now India produces mobiles and is the 2nd most mobile producing Country. When it comes to optical fibre then it was spread only upto 340km but now it has spread upto 2lakh 80,000 km. When it comes to Chemicals then the amount of export has been raised by 106%. He added that during the reign of Congress there was corruption even in Defense but now the amount of export has risen by 364%.
Nadda further said that the vaccination of Covid19 has been completed as 220 crore vaccine along with booster doses being provided to common people in the entire Country but the situation in many other Country is still not same as the process of vaccination has not been completed yet which shows the situation of India is far better where it believes in giving. The different highways and road works took a hit during the reign of UPA government but it is in 2014 PMGSY that most of the roads have been brought under this scheme. It is due to the same that 7 works of highway are taking place in the state. There are a total of 11crore 74 lakh farmers who get Rs 2000 in their account but in the reign of UPA this kind of schemes were not present. He added that during CPM rule all they did was collect donations from people along with huge rallies but did nothing substantial and only had corruption in the state but the BJP led government has been doing their best where no political murders have taken place in the state. The condition of the tea garden has changed in the state while the work culture has changed in the state.
Dr Manik Saha said that they have set this day as the last day of Jan Viswas Yatra as it is not only the National Youth Day but also the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda who was not only a great human being but it his ideologies which are being followed by the Youths and the party as well. The BJP government had a motto in 2018 and that was development and there are various developmental works which have been done by them since that time. The Prati Ghore Sushashon Campaign started during the birthday of PM Narendra Modi and it ended on the birthday of Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Bajpayee and this was done so that common people become aware of different schemes of state government.
In the border village programme at Lankamura Chief Minister Professor Manik Saha thanked JP Nadda for visiting the state and said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants to solve the problem of common people and it is the same direction towards which J P Nadda has been moving and hence a one on one interaction took place at Lankamura. It was a different type of programme where common people had the chance to talk with the All India President JP Nadda and he also listened to everyone as they were talking about various developmental works which took place after the BJP led government came to the fore. The Chief Minister Manik Saha translated the things which were said in Bengali to JP Nadda on this day. JP Nadda congratulated Yuba Morcha as they took initiative to provide government facilities to 200 border villages. He also hoped that the common people living in border villages must not be worried as the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is always present by the side of each and every person.
