Tripura, 22 Sep 2025: Hemant Verma has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Tripura Electricity Regulatory Commission. Today, Power Minister Ratanlal Nath administered the oath of office to him at his chamber in the State Secretariat.
On social media, Power Minister Ratan Lal Nath wrote: “Warm welcome to Hemant Verma as the new Chairman of the Tripura Electricity Regulatory Commission. Hemant Verma today formally took oath as the Chairman of TERC at my chamber.”
Notably, Mr. Verma previously served as the Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Electricity Regulatory Commission.
