Tripura, Feb 23: The final list of polling stations for the upcoming Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) elections was officially published on February 21.
The Returning Officer for 4-Karamchhara (ST) and 2-Machmara District Council constituencies, and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Kumarghat, N.S. Chakma, released the final polling station list for the two constituencies.
According to the official notification, a total of 50 polling stations have been designated for the 4-Karamchhara (ST) District Council constituency, while 42 polling stations have been finalized for the 2-Machmara District Council constituency.
The publication of the final list was carried out in the presence of Assistant Returning Officer (ARO) and DCM Bidhan Debnath, along with Gobinda Sarkar. Representatives from various political parties, including the Indian National Congress (INC), CPI (M), Tipra Motha Party, All India Forward Bloc, and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), were also present during the announcement.
The release of the final polling station list marks a significant step in the preparations for the upcoming TTAADC elections.
