Tripura, 14 Feb 2026: Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha on Friday said that a new era of development has begun in Tripura under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with a strong focus on ensuring that government benefits reach the last person in society.
Addressing a programme in Udaipur after virtually laying the foundation stones for three major projects, the Chief Minister stated that both the Central and State governments are working in close coordination to accelerate development across all sectors. He emphasized that the projects would not only strengthen infrastructure but also open new avenues for environmental protection, urban development, and economic growth.
Expressing optimism, Dr. Saha said that India is on track to reach new heights of progress by 2047 and urged all citizens to actively participate in achieving this vision.
The Chief Minister highlighted that the present government is committed to rapid implementation of development programmes while standing beside people in times of need.
