Tripura, 14 Feb 2026: The historic jewelry shop Swarnakamal, a heritage showroom of Swarnakamal Jewellers, was once a prominent silver shop in Agartala’s Jashpati, Shantinagar. Now, Swarnakamal – Silver & Gold has been reborn as a modern Silver Jewellery Mall, showcasing silver jewelry with absolute craftsmanship and traditional artistry.
The name Swarnakamal, a traditional silver brand, has been a symbol of faith, love, and artistic heritage for generations of Tripura. Now, it has been revived in a new form.
The grand re-launch was performed by Agartala Jagannath Mandir’s Maharaj and Swarnakamal Jewellers’ proprietor Mr. Gopal Chandra Nag. The event was attended by Swarnakamal Jewellers’ brand ambassador Dr. Juhili Deybarma, along with many distinguished guests, well-wishers, and customers.
Dr. Juhili Deybarma, who has been associated with Swarnakamal since childhood, was the chief guest. She expressed joy that her parents and grandparents used to visit this showroom. She introduced Swarnakamal – Silver & Gold in its new avatar, continuing its legacy and emotions.
