Tripura, 16 Oct 2025: A mobile medical unit was officially launched today at the Dhalai District Magistrate’s Conference Hall through a programme organized by Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, with the support of the Dhalai District Administration and the District Health and Family Welfare Society.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by Dhalai District Magistrate Vivek H.B., District Vice-Chairperson Anadi Sarkar, Additional District Magistrate Partha Das, Tata AIG’s Vice President and Lead CSR Devang Pandey, and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Apollo Koloi, among others.
Following the conference, the District Magistrate flagged off the Mobile Medical Unit from the office premises, marking its official commencement.
In an interview, the District Magistrate stated that through this state-of-the-art mobile medical unit, quality healthcare services will now reach people across various locations in all four subdivisions of Dhalai district, thereby greatly benefiting the general public.
