Agartala, Sept 24: The Guwahati Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) will hold a circuit court at Sonartori State Guest House, Agartala, on September 26 and 27, 2024. The court will hear and resolve cases related to the state of Tripura. The bench will be presided over by Administrative Member M.L. Srivastava and Judicial Member Rajbir Singh Verma.
In an official notification, the Guwahati Bench has urged concerned lawyers, plaintiffs, and defendants involved in these cases to attend the court and cooperate with the tribunal. Individuals and lawyers who wish to file new cases will also have the opportunity to do so during this session.
This circuit court session offers a chance for efficient case resolution in the region, ensuring timely justice for administrative matters concerning Tripura.
