Agartala 16 September, 2024: Tripura has made significant progress in organic farming, said Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu today at the Agartala Press Club. He was speaking at the unveiling of Indrajit Chakraborty’s book “Tripura’s Soil Fertility, Testing, Crops, Farming, and Research.”
The Governor highlighted Tripura’s success in creating an environment for eco-friendly farming and praised its efforts. He also emphasised the importance of modern technology in increasing productivity and encouraged the state’s farmers to take advantage of these advancements.
Dr. B. U. Choudhury from ICAR Research Complex also spoke at the event, which was presided over by Jayanta Bhattacharya, President of the Agartala Press Club.
