Agartala, August 10, 2024: In a heartwarming initiative to mark World Humanitarian Day, the Indian Army organized a special event titled “A Day with the Company Commander” at the Agartala Military Station. The event, held under the aegis of Spear Corps, was designed to create memorable experiences for children while highlighting the significance of humanitarian efforts.
The day’s activities welcomed 31 children from the Binapani Children Orphanage Home, Agartala, for a day filled with joy, entertainment, and compassion at the cantonment. The children were greeted by the Company Commander, who extended a warm and heartfelt welcome, setting the tone for a day dedicated to kindness and community spirit.
The event began with a special movie screening, carefully selected to inspire the young audience with messages of kindness, teamwork, and the importance of caring for one another.
