Agartala, August 6: The Tripura Web Media Forum (TWMF) has successfully reconstituted its executive committee for the upcoming year until 2025. In a democratic election process held on Tuesday at the Agartala Press Club’s conference hall, the following members were elected:
- President: Bapi Roy
- Vice Presidents: Sandeep Biswas and Hirak Gupta
- Secretary: Abhishek Dey
- Joint Secretaries: Deepjit Acharya and Gautam Ghosh
- Treasurer: Suman Mahalanbish
- Executive Members: Md. Nurul Haque, Rajesh Roy, Dipankar Deb, Subrata Debnath, Supravat Debnath, and Soumen Sen
During the annual general meeting, Secretary Abhishek Dey presented the annual report and financial statements, which were discussed and approved by the members present. The meeting saw active participation from all members, who presented well-considered proposals and engaged in thorough discussions.
The forum has decided to implement several constructive proposals put forward during the meeting. Secretary Abhishek Dey expressed his gratitude to all members for their participation and support.
The new executive committee aims to strengthen the forum’s activities and address key issues concerning web media professionals in Tripura.
