Agartala 02-03-23: There must be no violence in the state after this win as the Prime Minister believes in a statement viz “Sabka Saath Sabka Bikash Sabka Biswas” and this day of Joy must not become a day of gloom for anyone. The Chief Minister Professor Dr Manik Saha said the same during a press conference in the BJP Election office after BJP won in the Tripura Legislative Assembly Election 2023 on Thursday. He has appealed the same to the common people of the state and also to the workers of both ruling and opposition parties as any work can be done in a peaceful situation only.
The ruling party has won in the state as Prime Minister Narendra Modi frequently visited the state and showed direction on which the party has worked. Hence I thank the Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the credit goes to him. He has also thanked the All India President of BJP J P Nadda who has also visited the state again and again to help the party with various strategies.
The Chief Minister Manik Saha added that the Election Commission has done a wonderful job as Tripura Legislative Assembly Election which took place on 16th February, 2023 has created history in the state as it was the most peaceful election ever in the state as there was no post poll violence and rigging while the Vote Counting was also took place in a proper manner. Hence I thank them personally and also on behalf of the party as they did great work during the entire process.
He has also thanked the common people of the state and said that “I am thankful to all who voted for the ruling party and also to those who have not voted for the ruling party and expressed his gratitude to everyone who casted their vote”. While talking about Prime Minister Narendra Modi he said that it is him who has always thought for “Tripura” through the “Act East Policy” and has visited the state several times not only for Election purpose but earlier as well.
There has been a lot of development which has taken place in the state when it comes to the Health, Agriculture and Sports Department due to the direction shown by him and the Prime Minister addresses North East as “Astalaxmi” and added that if development does not take place in North East then there will be no development in the Country. Hence he has always worked for the well being of the common people of the state and this win is a result of that. He was also thankful to the BJP Karyakartas on different levels which include the Yuva morcha, Mandal and everyone else who have worked hard for the party. Lastly he added that the media personnels have done a great job and praised them as well on this day.
