Tripura, July 22, 2026: Central Agricultural University (CAU), Imphal, Manipur, has officially launched the website for the National Conference on “Natural Farming: Pathways to Self-Reliant Farming and Rural Prosperity (NCNF2026)”, themed “One Farm, One Ecosystem and One Health.”
The website was virtually inaugurated on July 21 by Dr. Anupam Mishra, Vice-Chancellor of CAU, in the presence of the Director of Instruction, Director of Research, Director of Extension Education, Deans of the university’s 13 constituent colleges, members of the Local Organizing Committee, faculty members, and other university officials.

The newly launched portal provides complete information about the conference, including its theme and sub-themes, important dates, online registration, abstract submission, accommodation details, programme schedule, and other key updates for participants.
NCNF2026 aims to bring together scientists, academicians, policymakers, extension professionals, entrepreneurs, students, and farmers from across India to discuss sustainable agricultural practices, scientific innovations, policy initiatives, and collaborative strategies to promote natural farming and strengthen rural livelihoods.
During the virtual launch, Dr. Anupam Mishra appreciated the efforts of the team from the College of Post Graduate Studies in Agricultural Sciences (CPGSAS), Umiam, for developing the dedicated conference website under the guidance of Prof. Dwipendra Thakuria, Dean of CPGSAS, Umiam. He expressed confidence in the successful organisation of the conference.
The Organizing Committee has invited researchers, academicians, students, professionals, extension personnel, and other stakeholders to visit the conference website, complete their online registration, and submit abstracts before the prescribed deadlines.
