Agartala: Jul 01. In a unique initiative to encourage academic excellence, the North Tripura district administration today organised ‘Tea Time with Toppers’ at the Dharmanagar Circuit House, where 51 meritorious students, including four Children With Special Needs (CWSN), were felicitated for their outstanding performance.
The programme was attended by District Magistrate Chandni Chandran, Superintendent of Police Avinash Rai, SDFO Suman Malla, Dr. Anab Das, and other senior officials.
During the interactive session, officials shared their personal experiences and motivated students to pursue their ambitions. The students spoke about their future goals, with aspirations ranging from becoming IAS and IPS officers to cancer biologists and other professionals. They also sought guidance on achieving their career objectives, to which the officials responded with practical advice and encouragement.
The four CWSN students honoured at the event were Sudipta Deb of West Panisagar H.S. School, Md. Shahin Ahmed of Krishnapur H.S. School, Snehangshu Roy, and Lok Nath Pal, both from Bir Bikram Institution.
The initiative aimed to establish direct interaction between the administration and young achievers while inspiring them to excel in higher education and future careers. Parents and students appreciated the district administration’s effort, describing it as a motivating step towards nurturing academic talent.
