Agartala | Feb 7: The Society for Entrepreneurship Development (SOFED) has issued Recruitment Notification No. 06/2025–26, inviting online applications from eligible candidates permanently residing in Tripura for engagement in 51 outsourced posts on a purely contractual basis.
According to the notification, applications will be accepted online only from February 10, 2026, to March 2, 2026 (up to 5:30 PM) through the official SOFED website. The selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 6 or 11 months, which may be extended based on performance and departmental requirements.
Wide Range of Posts Across Departments
The recruitment covers a broad spectrum of posts across various State departments, agencies, PSUs, and projects. Key positions include Manager, Programme Manager (Audits), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Medical Officer, Pharmacist, Peon, Language Translators (Bishnupriya Manipuri, Manipuri, Chakma), Enumerator, Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), Driver, IT Assistant, MIS Expert, Financial Management & Accounting Expert, District Coordinator, Office Assistant, GIS Technical Officer, Junior Engineer, Neurologist, Speech Therapist, among others.
Monthly contractual remuneration ranges from ₹9,500 to ₹1,50,000, depending on the post and qualifications. Age limits vary by post, with applicable relaxations for SC, ST, and PwD candidates as per government norms.
Selection Process & Application Fee
Candidates will be selected through written examination, interview, practical test, or skill assessment, strictly on merit, following SOFED norms. An application processing fee of ₹200 must be paid online via the payment gateway. Applications submitted without fee payment or beyond the stipulated deadline will be rejected.
SOFED has clarified that no offline or postal applications will be accepted under any circumstances. Applicants are advised to regularly visit the official website for updates related to examination schedules and further notifications.
The recruitment authority also reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any of the advertised posts without prior notice.
