Agartala: Nov 16. The National Workshop on Agriculture & Livestock Entrepreneurship – Making Lakhpati Didi wrapped up in Udaipur, Rajasthan, after a three-day run from 11 to 13 November 2025, bringing together experts and officials from across the country to sharpen strategies for rural women’s economic empowerment.
Leading the delegation from Tripura was TRLM Deputy CEO Titu Debbarma, accompanied by the Programme Manager – Farm, Livestock, and the DC – Farm.

The workshop saw high-level participation, including the Rajasthan Rural Development Minister Kirodi Lal Meena, the Secretary, Rural Development, Government of India (joining virtually), the Joint Secretary, Rural Development, GoI, along with the Director and Deputy Director of NRLM.
A massive 28 States and 3 Union Territories were part of the event, which proved to be a heavy-duty knowledge fest. Participants engaged in detailed sessions, on-ground learning, and field visits basically the full “learning but make it practical” package. The interactions sparked fresh insights into scaling farm and livestock-based entrepreneurship for SHG women aiming to hit Lakhpati status.
