Agartala: Nov 10. Tripura’s rising chess star Arshia Das has clinched the 41st National Sub-Junior Girls Chess Championship 2025 title held in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, remaining undefeated throughout the tournament.
Arshia delivered a spectacular performance, scoring 10.5 points out of 11 rounds, securing the top position with remarkable consistency and composure.
For her brilliant achievement, she was awarded a trophy and a cheque of ₹90,000.
Additionally, her international rating increased by 52 ELO points, marking another milestone in her young but promising chess career.
