Agartala: Nov 09. The Apollo Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) under the initiative of TTAADC government’s Health Department is set to be re-launched on November 25, with newly recruited medical staff now fully trained and prepared to serve people across various parts of the state.
A post-training interaction was held today at Kherengbar Hospital, where Apollo MMU staff shared their views following the completion of their preparatory session. The training focused on strengthening healthcare outreach, emergency response, and patient care delivery through mobile medical services.
Dr. Gayetri led the training programme, equipping the team for upcoming health camps and community health awareness initiatives.
Expressing gratitude, Executive Member of Health Department, Kamal Kalai appreciated Dr. Gayetri for her dedicated guidance and emphasized Apollo’s commitment to expanding quality healthcare access to remote and underserved areas.
The re-launch of the MMU aims to provide improved healthcare services and bring essential medical facilities closer to the people.
