Tripura, 29 Oct 2025: A peace meeting was organized yesterday at the Satsang Ashram in Shantirbazar under Kamalpur subdivision at the initiative of the Dhalai District Administration.
The meeting was attended by Dhalai District Magistrate Vivek H. B., Additional Superintendent of Police Uttam Banik, Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Kamalpur Dr. G. Sarat Nayek, Sub-Divisional Police Officer Samudra Debbarma, representatives from the BJP and TIPRA Motha parties, and members of the Shantirbazar Market Committee.
During the meeting, District Magistrate Vivek H. B. urged everyone to maintain peace and harmony in the area. Representatives of various political parties also appealed to all concerned to uphold peace and law and order.
